Peter Thomas began his building career in Nebraska 1978 as a framing and concrete contractor.  Soon after moving to Texas in 1984 he started Timberchase Development Company, Inc., a land development company.

Today Timberchase is the managing partner of five different entities and participates in other projects. In addition to Hidden vistas, Timberchase has led or participated in the planning, development and sales of notable projects including the “New 9” at Walnut Creek Country Club, Mansfield, Tex.; Mesa Vista, a commercial/residential community in Crowley, Tex., and Southern Oaks Golf Club, Burleson.

Peter’s 30 years in building have given him a keen eye for what works and a priceless understanding of the needs of homeowners. He is incredibly excited about Hidden Vistas because of the development’s unique “life cycle” character.

“A young couple can start out here in an apartment, progress through single-family homes and eventually move into a retirement center, all without having to leave the neighborhood,” Thomas said.

Peter’s success as a builder and developer reflects his penchant for perfection and off-the-charts customer service.

“Building communities isn’t about making a living; it’s about pursuing a passion for what we do,” Thomas says. “We have found from experience that the best way to long-term success is to provide high quality work and materials and extraordinary customer service.
